Audit and Penetration Testing
Our services cover all the entry points that an intruder can exploit when trying to break in to a network, and we use an established methodology to make sure the findings are of immediate benefit to our clients.

The types of test that we have undertaken include external probing from the Internet, on-site DMZ testing and full internal network audits.

Intrusion Protection
Both IDS and IPS products need careful configuration and dedicated support to get the best out of them. They are unlikely to produce any real business benefits if used straight from the box, and may even give a false sense of security.

Managed Services
IDsec can take on the day-to-day running of your network security systems, from a single firewall to a whole network of intrusion detection systems. We provide tailored managed support contracts - for existing customer systems as well as new systems installed by us.

Maintaining network security systems such as firewalls and intrusion protection is a specialist task, and our managed service allows you to concentrate on policy and development.

The level of support in a managed service contract can be arranged to match the customer's business requirements, in-house expertise and - most importantly - available budget.

Training
IDsec offers a range of training courses that allow users to get the most out of security products. This includes a number of industry standards as well as products supplied by us.

In partnership with Computerlinks, we can provide both introductory courses and more advanced tuition: many of these courses lead to vendor accreditation.

Products covered include Blue Coat, Check Point, Cisco, Citrix, Crossbeam, F5, Juniper, Ruckus, Trend Micro, Tripwire and Websense. Courses normally take place in central London.

Consultancy
Security consultancy from IDsec covers a whole range of activities in support of general and technical management. We offer the benefits of may years' experience in designing, building and maintaining secure systems.
